Vendor Responsibility

Shipping is arranged and fulfilled by individual vendors. Delivery timelines, costs, and courier choices are set by each vendor. Check the vendor's store policies for specifics.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer. Vendors must provide a tracking number or pro-actively communicate any delays.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are available for immediate download after payment confirmation. Download links are accessible from your order page.

Services

Service delivery timelines are agreed upon between buyer and vendor at the time of booking. Vendors must honour agreed timelines or notify the buyer of changes in advance.

Tracking

Where a physical shipment is assigned a tracking number by the vendor, it will appear on your order detail page. You will also receive a notification.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any re-delivery costs. If failure is due to vendor error, the vendor is responsible.

International Shipping

Kooptog is currently a South Africa-only marketplace. International shipping is not supported at this time.
