Returns & Refunds

Overview
Each vendor on Kooptog sets their own return and refund policy. Always review the vendor's store policies before purchasing. The following are Kooptog's platform-wide minimum standards.
Physical Goods
Vendors must accept returns for items that are materially not as described, defective, or damaged in transit, within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item. The buyer must provide photo evidence of the issue.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only available if the product is defective (non-downloadable or corrupted) or materially not as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Services
Service refund eligibility depends on whether the service has been performed. Unperformed services are fully refundable. Partially performed services may be partially refunded at the vendor's discretion.
Secondhand & Auction Items
Secondhand and auction items are sold as described. Refunds apply only where the item is materially different from the listing description. Bidders should review listings carefully before bidding.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Request
To initiate a return or refund, go to your order in My Orders and raise a dispute. Kooptog will mediate where the buyer and vendor cannot reach agreement.
