1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kooptog you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

Kooptog is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Kooptog is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods; misrepresent products; manipulate reviews; or engage in fraudulent transactions. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

5. Fees

Vendor subscription fees are charged monthly as per the selected plan. Kooptog reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and software are the property of Kooptog (Pty) Ltd. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user, but a licence to display it on the platform is granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kooptog's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the user to Kooptog in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms

Kooptog may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
